Pattern orders are fulfilled digitally. Upon successful payment, the file will be automatically sent to your registered email address. No physical item will be shipped.
Shipping Origin & Transit Time
1. Economy
All physical orders are shipped from Hangzhou, China.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays.
Customs & Import Duties
All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
Order Cancellation Policy
Finished Products：
- Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
Materials Kit：
- Cancellations accepted before the order has been shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Pattern / Design File：
- As digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
